Gabe Ricks is a Broker Consultant who joined Fulcrum Risk Solutions in August 2019. Gabe has been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years, working in sales, marketing, management and account services with group and individual benefits. Gabe understands the complicated benefits, compliance, human resources, and wellness challenges that businesses of any size in any industry confront. He uses his knowledge and expertise to customize a plan that meets his client’s specific needs, and then is able to adjust those plans as the organizational dynamics change.

Before joining the Fulcrum team, Gabe earned his undergraduate degree and masters from Columbia International University. He’s also CLU, RBEC, and RHU certified, which gives him the edge when it comes to providing appropriate insurance and equips him with the highest standards of excellence.

In his free time, Gabe enjoys helping future generations by being a Little League and flag football coach. Gabe also mentors children and speaks at youth groups several times a year. He’s an avid outdoorsman, who enjoys hiking, running marathons, being a Master Gardener and woodturning.
