Jake Thompson

Area Vice President

Jake Thompson is an Area Vice President with Fulcrum Risk Solutions, responsible for serving the Upstate of South Carolina. Jake has worked in the domain of risk management and insurance for 14 years, providing exemplary service to clients ranging from single office practices to 200+ employee organizations.

Jake specializes in employee benefits, professional liability, and individual life and disability insurance. He is also a designated Group Benefits Disability Specialist. A four year letterman on the University of South Carolina’s golf team, Jake graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Management, magna cum laude, in 2005.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys playing golf, working crossword puzzles, working out, and spending time with his wife and three young children. He currently serves as a deacon at Downtown Presbyterian Church in Greenville.
