Senior Account Manager

Nikki Townsend joined Fulcrum in 2021 as our newest Senior Account Manager. Her addition to the team brings over 21 years of Property & Casualty experience. Nikki’s expertise in the commercial insurance arena gives Fulcrum clients the peace of mind needed to forge lasting relationships. She is skilled in policy review, and enjoys problem solving. Her insurance career has lead her all over the United States, from Michigan to South Dakota, Georgia and now South Carolina.

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family and first grandchild, along with camping and traveling.
